🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We are not responsible for items that are:
- Lost during return shipping
- Damaged due to poor packaging
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

🔄 Exchanges

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable laws.

💳 Refunds
